You'll build your own solution with facilitator support, peer feedback, regular breaks and time for lunch.
Sessions are recorded only if participants consent.

It's a hands-on experience built around one real problem and an outcome you can show.
Do I need coding or AI experience?
No. You'll get guided support throughout the day. You need confidence using a computer and a willingness to build, test and explain your decisions.
What problem should I bring?
Bring one process from a job, project or organisation you understand. Choose something specific such as sorting requests, drafting routine documents, summarising information or preparing a recurring report.
Will I leave with a production-ready system?
No. You'll leave with a tested prototype, recorded findings and a clear plan for the next tests. Production deployment, complex integrations and enterprise security need more time.
Can I use confidential work information?
Don't bring confidential, personal or commercially sensitive data. Use safe examples or anonymised information while you build and test.
When will booking open?

Is the certificate accredited?
No. The certificate records that you completed the experience. Your prototype, test evidence and case study are the stronger proof of what you can do.
